The purchase process

Find your property
The first step on your investment journey is to find the perfect pick for your wishes. We will present you with a range of options based on your specific requirements to ensure you have seen the best of what the market has to offer before you make the final deicison.

Reservation fee
When you have found the perfect pick, we will assist you in making the initial reservation fee to reserve the apartment, villa or land plot. This deposit usually starts at around EUR 1-3,000. This has to be done before we start the purchase process.

The purchase
With the reservation fee paid, we will introduce you to our team of local lawyers who will assist you every step of the way in finalising your purchase. All purchases in Spain are managed by licensed lawyers ensuring a transparent, safe and secure process from start to finish.
